    The Head chef at Dromoland House is Alan Robertson he is an award winning chef and has been in the industry for the last 30 years. His food embraces both traditional and modern cooking techniques using quality ingredients to produce fresh, tasty exceptional food. Alan has recently created new menus for weddings, functions and conferences.

    The entire team at Dromoland House understand the varying needs and desires of our clients and in saying that Alan is more than happy to work with you to alter or provide further menu options for your special event.
